National Security


The Constitution requires the Federal Government to protect its citizens. Our enemies have found new ways to attack us. A strong/vigil America means a safe America. Our military leaders should be responsible for tactics and strengths -- not our politicians. When America makes a commitment to execute a war, or to be a friend/ally, it means we must be loyal to our commitments.

Where in the constitution does it say the federal government is required to protect the people?

So what I'm gathering from this snippet is that you are not pushing for American troops to get out of Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, and the other bases around the world? If you want to cut spending so much, these useless wars would be a terrific place to start. Our presence over there is both unconstitutiona l and is the best recruiting tool Al Qaeda has.
